Involved in an incident? Here is what to do

Please collect the details below, and report this incident to your fleet manager immediately.

To notify your fleet manager and Flock of an incident you will need to collect some details at the scene. Please do not admit liability.

Please make sure you collect these details about the incident:

1️⃣ Third-Parties

For any third party involved, we need their telephone number. We also need:

  • Name, email and address
  • Their vehicle registration number
  • Insurance company and policy number (if known)

2️⃣ Your Details as Driver

  • Name
  • Best contact phone number(s)
  • Email address

3️⃣ Your Vehicle Details

  • Make
  • Model
  • Reg number

4️⃣ Incident Information

  • Date, time and location of the incident
  • Weather conditions
  • If the Police were called, the reference number you will have been given

5️⃣ Incident Description

  • What happened, who was involved, any damage to property or other vehicles, and any injuries to any person that you are aware of
  • Take pictures of any vehicle and/or property damage at the scene of the incident
