If you're a fleet manager, broker, driver, or you have been involved in an incident with a Flock vehicle, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible.

What to do at the scene

In addition to reporting the incident as soon as possible, we recommend you follow the below steps if an incident occurs.

First Actions

  • Move to a safe location if possible
  • Ensure everyone is safe
  • Call emergency services if needed

Retrieve third party details

  • Their name and phone number
  • Their email and address
  • Their number plate (vehicle registration)
  • Their insurance details (if available)

Prepare Vehicle Information

  • Your name and contact number
  • Your vehicle make and model
  • Your number plate (vehicle registration)

Collect incident Details

  • Date, time and location
  • Weather conditions
  • Police reference (if involved)
  • Description of the incident
  • Any photos of the damage and vehicles involved

Reporting a claim

You can report a claim via the Flock Portal or directly here.

Through the Flock website

  1. Go to Report a Claim
  2. Select the number plate of your vehicle involved in the incident, and the date of incident
  3. Continue through the form, crucially adding third party information (if involved)
  4. Submit the incident and await your confirmation email

  2. Listen to the options and select based on the policy number prefix (find the prefix on your policy schedule or in the Flock portal).
