Our Principles are our blueprint for doing great work. They are the attributes and behaviours that we expect from one another, and which we hire against, reward, and applaud. They guide how we speak to our customers, build technology, or collaborate as a team. They apply equally to all Flockers, from leaders to interns.
We know that at times we will fall short of living these Principles; our job is to hold each other accountable and inspire each other to exemplify them every day.
They’re our fundamental ingredients for achieving our mission: to make the world quantifiably safer.
Customers trust us with their businesses and their safety, so their needs are front and centre in everything we do.
The best solutions come from well-understood problems, so we are forensic in understanding our customers - be they our fleets, brokers, or carrier partners. We are rigorous and well-prepared, maintaining relentlessly high standards. We make decisions with customer outcomes front of mind.
We win by prioritising the things that matter most, and then moving fast to make them happen.
We choose the minimum number of important things to work on - then we unleash, embracing a "make it work, then make it better” mentality. We value speed and continuous improvement over perfection and prolonged deliberation; our decision-making is fast and informed, always with a clear end state in mind.
