Flock Forms Partnership with The Acorn Group to Revolutionise Taxi Fleet Insurance in the UK

London, UK – Flock, the London-based Insurtech company, is delighted to announce a landmark partnership with The Acorn Group. This partnership is set to transform the UK taxi fleet insurance landscape by introducing the country’s only “connected” taxi fleet insurance product.

The collaboration will cater to medium and large taxi fleets, leveraging vehicle telemetry data to both enable and reward safer driving practices. By harnessing the power of real-time telemetry data, the partnership aims to enhance driver safety and offer premium rebates as tangible incentives for improved driving behaviour - ensuring that fleets become progressively safer and more cost-efficient over time.

Flock and Acorn will be targeting public hire fleets, including black cab fleets, as well as PCO (private hire) fleets. All customers will receive complimentary access to a comprehensive fleet safety dashboard, driver- and trip-level insights, and regular face-to-face safety reviews provided by the Flock team free of charge.
