If your claim is regarding theft or malicious damage, you need to report this to the Police, obtain a Crime Reference Number and notify us within 7 days of the incident.
We also strongly recommend filing a Mandatory Occurrence Report (MOR) via the EU Aviation Safety Reporting Portal.
