What will happen after I submit the required claims information?
Flock submits your information to the insurer in a formal claims narrative report - the insurer will then confirm that they have received all the details, and Flock will let you know that the insurer has been sent and acknowledged your loss.
Who will be responsible for reviewing my claim?
In most cases, Allianz will appoint a third-party loss adjuster to review your claim. Should that happen, we will let you know and the loss adjuster will get in touch with you directly. Please monitor your inbox for first contact from the loss adjuster, including spam/junk folders.
What does the loss adjuster do?
Either Allianz or the loss adjuster will correspond directly with you to obtain any further information or documentation they might require - this will allow them to make a fully informed decision on the validity and final terms of your claim.
How will I receive my claim payout?
Should your claim be payable, you will be asked to complete and sign a release letter - a document detailing your final claim amount, your preferred banking details, and some specific terms discharging insurers from any further claims.
